One of the best ways we can lend a hand is to provide you with highly effective marketing materials at no or low cost... and that's why we've put this section together. All our marketing materials are professionally designed and customized to fit your individual needs... it's a fast and hassle-free way to get great looking, dynamic materials for prospecting new clients or keeping in touch with existing ones. And when you team up with a Milestone Mortgage Loan Officer, there is NO CHARGE for design time!

All marketing materials are co-branded with your information as well as that of your Milestone Mortgage Loan Officer. While there is no charge for design time, the Realtor is responsible for the distribution cost of all print pieces ordered. Co-branded marketing is a powerful and cost effective way to reach your clients. Everybody wins when both the cost and creative side of marketing are shared!

How do I get started?
To get started, just select a marketing category type from the blue shaded box on the left hand side, choose a subcategory type if necessary, and browse through the different options you find there (you can also enter a key word into the search window on the upper right hand corner of the page to better refine your browsing). All materials are fully customizable and can be altered to your specifications in order to better suit your needs... and if you can't find exactly what you're looking for here from our online catalog, just contact us and we would be happy to design a custom piece. Simply pick up the phone and call Director of Marketing Lewis Quilici at (951) 780-6883, or e-mail him at marketing@milestonemtg.com.

Once you find the materials you would like to order, type in the quantities for each individual product and add them to your cart (if you will be printing the materials yourself, please type in a quantity of "1" and indicate that you will be handling printing yourself in the "special instructions" box at check out). At check out you will also have the option of uploading any high resolution images (mug shot photos, property photos, logos etc. of 200 DPI or greater preferred) for use on your materials...

Okay, I placed an order... now what?
Once our marketing department completes your order, usually within two to three business days, the finished artwork will be e-mailed to you in Adobe Acrobat format (if you don't already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, please click here to download this useful program for free). With this file you can print out your own copies, or hand the file off to your local copy center or printer for reproduction. If you like, we can handle the printing for you, although there may be a nominal charge associated with this service (to view our color printing price sheet, please click here).
